Our Condo

Boasting over 1,200 square feet of space, the 3-bedroom Abacos condo at Bahama Bay resort is a split ranch design and is ideal for family vacations or group getaways.

This unit is at ground level and is wheelchair accessible. The management company is on site to assist you 24/7/365. By request we offer a crib and highchair included in each unit.

Living & Dining Area

The Living area has a nice relaxing feel and a nice dining area as you would expect.

It has a queen Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat and chair. Coffee Table plus a side table and a Breakfast Bar. It has lamps and ceiling fans as well as Air Conditioning and Heating.

With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room & dining room area and can take in the scenery from a screened patio with tables and chairs.

There’s a 55′ Flat screen LED TV, & DVD player available upon request. We offer free basic cable and Wifi.  There is a telephone for Room Service or local external calls.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV with en suite bathroom, and private patio, with table and chairs.​

The 2nd bedroom comes with  a Queen size bed, TV, and dressers .

The 3rd bedroom comes with Twin beds , TV, and dressers.

There is also a 2nd Bathroom with accessible shower, with towels provided.

Kitchen & Utility

Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances including cookware, utensils, and glassware.

Kitchen Includes: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Dishes & Utensils, Pantry Items, Coffee Maker, Toaster and more.

An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes and towels.

Here are the 2 Abacos Floor Plans, Both plans have 1232 Square feet with 1269 SqFt when you include the Patio which is under a Roof.  When you rent with us you will be placed in 1 of these 2 models.
